| Le Perreux-sur-Marne is located at 16 km from the centre of Paris (8 km from the Périphérique boulevard). You can join the city of Paris in 20 mn by train or by car, and Disneyland is at 30 minutes by train. Le Perreux is one of the nicest surrounding areas of Paris crossed by the Marne-river. The river Marne is well known for its "guinguettes", traditionnal « dancing » restaurants of Paris and its surroundings. Change of scenery is guaranteed through the lovely walks by foot or by bike (renting possibilities in the immediate neighbourhood). Le Perreux as well as the surrounding communes (Nogent, Bry, Champigny, Joinville, Vincennes) are full of history and offer numerous attractions. |
The flat (50m²) is composed by an entrance, a living room, a bedroom , a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet . The flat is ideal for a family with two children or two couples. The flat is well-equiped : television, hi-fi, refrigerator with deep-freezer, washing machine, (no dishwasher), central heating, etc. but no telephone (phone boot at 30 meters.). The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a cupboard. In the living room, a sofa bed offers sleeping possibility for two, a dining table for four, etc. The flat, on the second floor (no lift) is located in the center of Le Perreux and at 20 meters from the main avenue (Av. Charles-de-Gaulle) with its numerous shops. The bus stop, taking you to the train stations in 5 minutes, is opposite the building. From these train stations you join either Paris or Eurodisney. |
